L'Oreal: Acid Watermelon

Hello lovelies, hope your all having a lovely day. Today I'm sharing another nail polish, one that I'm currently wearing and think it's amazing so had to share whilst I'm on a post roll haha. If you follow my YouTube channel you will already know that on Saturday i bought some new polishes, which i showed on my haul video i uploaded on Sunday.
L'Oreal colour riche polish: 827 Acid watermelon £5

This is one of the new polishes from the L'Oreal summer trend range, and quite frankly i think it's bloody amazeballs! The most amazing bubblegum barbie pink nail shade i think i have ever set my eyes upon. If you have followed me for awhile you will know i own a lot of pink polishes, i think i can say this is my favourite. I did find the application on this colour a little streaky so i did have to apply three coats, but the colour is so fantastic i couldn't care less if I'm honest haha. It still dries really quick which to me is a massive win and the wide brush allows for quick and easy application.

Have you seen the new L'Oreal trend range yet? Thank you for reading, hope you have a wonderful day and i shall see you all again soon x

L'Oreal: You Are Worth It

Hello lovelies, hope your all having a brilliant week so far. Sorry i haven't blogged that much this week, i promise i shall make up for it. Today is a nail post i was meaning to put up last weekend as the weather was miserable and that influenced my nail polish choice. Although I'm not too fussed on what colour i wear according to the weather/season, I'm one for wear whatever colour you fancy, when you fancy it.
L'Oreal colour riche polish: 617 you are worth it £5

I love grey polishes so had to add this to my collection as it was lighter than any that i own. As you can see it is a lovely light slate grey shade, which works lovely in a matte finish as well as glossy. I really enjoy the formula of these polishes as i only had to apply two coats and i find it dries really quickly. I also really like the brush as its quite wide so i find application really quick and easy.

Do you own any L'Oreal polishes? Thank you for reading, hope you have a wonderful day and i shall see you all again soon x

Nails Inc: You're A Peach

Hello lovelies, hope your all having a lovely weekend. As you can tell today is a nail related post and i am showing off the free polish i got with this months issue of InStyle magazine, you may of already seen from my May magazine freebies post.
InStyle magazine £3.90

There are three colours on offer a raspberry like shade, a baby pink and this lovely summery peach which obviously is the one that i chose. Thinking about it the only Nails Inc polishes i own are from magazine freebies, as much as i adore their colours i do find the price tag of £11 each a little steep for me. The formula is great along with the application and drying time so they are worth the money, so as you can imagine when there is a shade i like as a magazine freebie i will snap it up haha. I decided on you're a peach as i didn't have a shade like this in my collection and i thought it would look so pretty on sunny days and it does not disappoint, i love love love this shade!

Do you have any Nails Inc polishes, what's your favourite shade? Thank you so much for reading, hope you all have a wonderful day and i shall see you all again soon x

Cosmo Blog Award Nominations

Hello lovelies, i hope you are all having a fantastic day and week so far. So this is my 200th post...can you believe it haha i can't believe i have talked about so many different things in such a short amount of time. Anyway I'll cut to the chase, being this is my 200th post i thought it was a little fitting it being about the Cosmopolitan's blog awards.
I realise you have probably seen this everywhere as it's nominations time, something which is new to me as i wasn't a blogger this time last year. Which leads me on to saying that there is category for the best new beauty blog, which is for the beauty blogs that are well you guessed it new haha. Seem as my blog hasn't reached it's first birthday just yet i thought i would give it a shot and enter but obviously you need nominations too, which is where this post comes in. I wanted to ask all you lovely people who have read my ramblings and supported me and my blog to maybe take a few minutes to nominate me...if you'd like to of course.

You can nominate me here for the best new beauty blog or if you wish seem as my blogs still a baby you can also nominate me here for the newcomer blog award. It takes two minutes to fill out, you don't have to subscribe to anything and if you don't know what my blog URL is its http://beckawoo.blogspot.co.uk/. You can vote as many times you like for as many blogs as you like so if there's other blogs that you also enjoy reading than why not share the love to them aswel. I do feel rather cheeky asking but I'm not gonna lie it would put a massive smile on my face if you did haha. Thank you so much for reading and an even bigger one if you did nominate, have a wonderful day and i shall see you all again soon x

Review: MUA Cover & Conceal Wand

Hello lovelies, hope your all having a lovely week. Today i wanted to share my thoughts on a new concealer i have been using for the past few weeks the MUA cover and conceal wand, you may of seen from my collective haul
"Lightweight cover-up for imperfections with a smooth flawless finish."

I picked this concealer up in natural and although I'm very pale i find the colour works lovely for me. If you are a regular follower you will already know that i have terrible dark circles, they literally are the bane of my life so i always need to cover them up. I completely agree with what MUA have said on the back of this product as it a lovely lightweight blendable concealer. On it's own it doesn't completely hide my dark circles (because they're ridiculous) but it does do a lovely job and what i love is that it blends out perfectly and doesn't make my pores really noticeable. This is the perfect product for someone who has hardly any dark circles or for those "no make-up" day looks where you still want to slightly cover up some imperfections.

It's a lovely light creamy texture that leaves the skin feeling nice and smooth and doesn't settle in un-wanted areas. For the price i have been blown away by how lovely i have found this concealer, especially after trying a few more expensive products. It's also a great trial price, one thing that annoys me is when i pay out for something that doesn't work where as £1.50 doesn't matter to much which is exactly why i picked it up and was pleasantly surprised.

Overall i highly recommend giving this a try and can see it becoming a re-purchase i will make several times haha. Have you tried this cheep and cheerful concealer out yet? Thank you for reading, hope you have a wonderful day and i shall see you all again soon x

Paisley Nail Art

Hello lovelies, hope your all having a brilliant day. The other day i fancied trying out my new Models Own nail art pen i got from the Boots beauty night event i went to the other week and decided on a nail art look i was yet to try, paisley.
This being my first attempt i will admit it is a little shaky and needs more practise before i get it spot on but i still thought i would share it as i liked the two colours together and didn't think it was terrible.

I really enjoy using the Models Own nail art pens and find them quite easy to work with, as long as my hands aren't shaking like crazy that is. I was over the moon to see they had a new range of colours out that would create some lovely nail art for the spring/summer. The pattern it's self is rather simple, it's basically drawing parts of the same shape on random parts of your nail and adding a few dots in the gaps.

You can buy the Models Own nail art pens in Boots or online for £6 each or if you wish to have them all they also sell them in box sets for £20 on their website too. Have you tried these nail art pens? Thank you for reading, hope you have a wonderful day and i shall see you all again soon x
